Vol. 20 No. 3 (2025) | Asia Pacific Journal of Health Management

This issue brings together multidisciplinary scholarship examining leadership, digital innovation, workforce capability, and patient-centred care across diverse global health systems. The editorial introduces the concept of boundary-spanning leadership, highlighting its critical role in navigating complexity, fostering collaboration, and strengthening health system performance.

In addition, 16 important papers were received from two conferences held in 2025: 1) the SHAPE (Association for Health Management Education Programs) International Symposium, held in Singapore from June 30 to July 2, 2025, in a hybrid online and offline format; and 2) the ACHSM Asia Pacific Health Leadership Conference, held in Darwin from October 22 to 24, 2025.
